To start with they got right back to me and let me know they had a busy schedule, but they could see me inside a month and from what I heard from everyone who recommended him was well worth the wait the lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and concise With taking my information and understanding exactly what I needed to have done she seemed very knowledgeable and had a contagious laugh to boot . Very good experience over the phone. TJ showed up to my home very Knowledgeable I could tell he done this for a long time he was able to explain things to me in layman's terms so I knew exactly what was going on and exactly what he was going to do step-by-step . TJ was very thorough precise with his work left no mess behind and pointed out a few other things. He was concerned with I will keep an eye on these issues and definitely be calling him back to my home again to come fix work that Should have been done correctly the first time work that I paid good money for and trusted would be . The Turner Electric team provided a quote and completed our job on time. They set everything up with NYSEG, ran my power line underground, hooked up a generator, installed the cross over panel and updated my panel to code (separated grounds from neutrals by installing a new ground bar). They even followed back up with something extra because they did not like the way it was, and did not charge me extra for it. Professional and really clean work. We had them come add recess lighting, outlets, fix broken outlets, put lighting in a couple floors of our home and we couldn’t be happier!!
