Service Upgrades (single & three phase)

During a big storm, my neighbor’s tree fell and killed a transformer, pulled the lines & meter off my house as well. TJ came recommended by at least 4 other people, and they weren’t wrong. He was the only person to return my call. Came out within a couple hours to assess the situation, came back that evening with help to get everything put back together. And I know he and his team worked from sun-up to sun-down that day, and probably every day after helping with storm damage. Great service, knowledgeable team, fair pricing. He’ll be my first phone call every time.

We found TJ by accident on a placemat ad at former Unadilla Diner. We had recently rellocated to the area and had a tough time finding quality tradesmen. We called him to assess our 70's home that we had recently purchased. We had a slew of concerns as switches in one room controlled lights and receptacles in others, many outlets and lights didn't work. He listened to our concerns and created a list, breaking it down by priority. We also told him our wishlist of electrical things we would need in the future. He then broke it all down into several detailed affordable jobs instead of just one huge overwhelmong estimate. For 3 plus years he has always been on time, on point, and professional through every step of the jobs performed. He's done new house service, installed a new breaker panel with surge protection, portable generator hook up, numerous lights ,breaker panel and wiring in our new garage,and most recently wired our pool. He pretty much has re-done all of the electric in our now safe home! We just can't say enough good things about TJ and his crews. Their work ethic is top notch. Such a rare find in this day and age where qualified tradesman are in short supply. All I have left to say is that he's also turned into a great friend and Best dammed phone call we've ever made! THANK YOU TJ !!! .

These guys are awesome! They are professional, kind, and do an incredible job! I needed some outlets fixed/updated and they also installed a generator that I already had. Now I don’t need to worry when we lose power. Highly recommend!!!!

To start with they got right back to me and let me know they had a busy schedule, but they could see me inside a month and from what I heard from everyone who recommended him was well worth the wait the lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and concise With taking my information and understanding exactly what I needed to have done she seemed very knowledgeable and had a contagious laugh to boot . Very good experience over the phone. TJ showed up to my home very Knowledgeable I could tell he done this for a long time he was able to explain things to me in layman's terms so I knew exactly what was going on and exactly what he was going to do step-by-step . TJ was very thorough precise with his work left no mess behind and pointed out a few other things. He was concerned with I will keep an eye on these issues and definitely be calling him back to my home again to come fix work that Should have been done correctly the first time work that I paid good money for and trusted would be . We had them come add recess lighting, outlets, fix broken outlets, put lighting in a couple floors of our home and we couldn’t be happier!! They were on time, extremely pleasant, easy to work with, did great work, and all around a wonderful company. We’re telling everyone! Definitely recommend.

The Turner Electric team provided a quote and completed our job on time. They set everything up with NYSEG, ran my power line underground, hooked up a generator, installed the cross over panel and updated my panel to code (separated grounds from neutrals by installing a new ground bar). They even followed back up with something extra because they did not like the way it was, and did not charge me extra for it. Professional and really clean work. I've already recommended them to 3 neighbors that I know are looking for a profession to get some electrical work done. Nice job TJ and crew!
